What is the Lowell Classic ?
The Lowell Classic is a well-established gravel road cycling race founded in 2013. This race is a tribute to the biking community here in Lowell, Michigan. As a long-time partner of the Michigan Gravel Series, our course was put together featuring roughly 95% unpaved roads to allow our riders the opportunity to experience what gravel racing is all about.
Racers will find themselves along the banks of the Flat River, through rural Ionia County, and through multiple historic monuments in the town of Lowell.
